The download file is a zip archive containing multiple jars. On Windows Defender Anti-Virus systems, the post-download security scan may take a very long time. This can look like the download has crashed.

To resolve this issue:

• Wait until completed;
• Temporarily disable Defender Anti-Virus;
• Copy the link and download without a browser, e.g., using wget.
